You will be asked for a credit card number to reserve your room. If you are an eligible year-round missionary, the cost of the room for the four nights of the conference is covered by the One Hope Canada Ministry Resource Centre.

You may book additional nights, before or after the conference, at your own expense. Special conference rates apply for three nights in advance of the conference and three nights after the conference. Otherwise regular hotel rates apply.

These additional nights (beyond the four covered by the MRC) and any incidentals (eg. room service) will be charged to your credit card.
